Important exclusions for our assurance warranty

*Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service items, adjustments, seals, o-rings (except for A/C system), gaskets, mounted parts such as transmission pump, oil cooler, PTO pump, suspension mounting brackets, hubs, wheel bearings and brake ends. Failures due to abuse, lack of scheduled maintenance as outlined in the applicable Maintenance Manual or OEM manual, or worn components/failures due to wear out are excluded. Progressive damage from non-warrantable failures, and normal maintenance such as tightening of fasteners, fittings, hose clamps, and electrical connectors are also excluded. Allison transmissions are specifically excluded.

Premium charges and work not directly related to the repair or replacement of a warrantable part are not covered under warranty. Examples include: state/provincial and local tax, travel expenses, road service/calls, towing, loss of revenue, customer and overtime labor, downtime, driver expenses, cost of rental equipment, loss of perishable cargo, general housekeeping supplies, communication charges, repair or replacement of optional items not sold or installed by Daimler Truck North America LLC.
